Refunds & Returns

Due to the nature of meat products, returns without a valid reason will not be accepted.

If the product has been opened and handled a claim a return or refund can not be processed.

If the delivery has been delayed and did not arrive within the scheduled time and the buyer does not inform the seller, no return or refund will be processed.

If there is a valid reason for a return or a refund due to the inappropriate condition of the product claims can be made for 2 days after the product has been received.
